This is a circulated note, however with very minor problems. There are 3 or 4 vertical folds and the typical horizonal fold. The note faces up well with outstanding centering. The top left corner is rounded as you can see from the scan. Through a bright light, you can see 2 pen holes. The Red charter numbers and seal remain impressive. Better than average black pen signatures. There is a small brown spot just above the North, lower center that goes through to the back.
